How do I return an item?
We offer a 100% satisfaction return policy. :)
You may return any item for any reason within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.
The following conditions apply to your return:
• Returned items must not show signs of wear or damage in any way.
• Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of the delivery date (after 10 days no returns are allowed).
• Items must not be a special order or a custom order.
If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Cauliflower Publishing Company immediately by email at email@example.com
Items that are defective and shipped from us, or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for your choice of a store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There will be no restocking fee, nor will we try to squeeze pennies out of you in other bogus ways. ;)
The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the Seller is not at fault. If we are at fault (wrong item shipped, defective product shipped), we will pay the return shipping cost, and also the cost to ship replacement items.
Beyond all of the above, we are reasonable and will do everything we can to come to a fair agreement regarding returns.
